Entering the real estate transaction process is, to most people, a daunting and complicated venture. I believe the client is meant to benefit from my contextual understanding of the process, my frame of reference, my market knowledge, and the personable and professional service delivery of such. The more context and frame of reference that I can give my client up front, the better able they are to interpret the information or data they have already been exposed to prior to meeting with me. Putting this time and effort into educating and informing the client first leads to trust, and then leads to comfortable, informed, empowered decisions relating to both the process as well as market data, property values, etc..
End goal; a client who feels they understood the whole process and their options, made confident, fully informed decisions, and received outstanding value from their real estate professional.
On a personal note, I'm happily married to an inspirational woman, love my dog and my motorcycle, and spend as much time outdoors and travelling as possible. Philosophically, I believe attitude is everything, and that we often forget just how 'consciously' we can control this; happiness IS a choice, success IS a state of mind.
