Introducing our new direct mail campaign - and a few goldfish..

The objective behind all of our direct mail campaigns is to produce mailers that stand out from the crowd and are therefore more likely to be picked up, for two main reasons. The first is to give the homes we're representing on these mailers the best chance of enhanced exposure, and the second is to enhance our brand's top of mind presence, which is to the benefit of both our clients' and our group of professionals. Instead of primarily communicating our accomplishments as we find most realtors' campaigns do, we try to provide simple, quirky and compelling visual anecdotes related to the various stages of life.

Have a look at our current campaign below. This one was sparked when Bret saw the first photo and could immediately relate it to clients who move because they've run out of space. Turns out there was a whole series of these 'fish-bowl' photos that could be similarly related to, and we all had a little fun coming up with the associated taglines. Et, voila! Hope you enjoy the series.

The first direct mail should hit the mailboxes in the Greater Vancouver Area in the coming weeks and it's our intention to expand the look and feel of the cards to other marketing media.
